NO BACKORDERS are accepted due to any arising issue with our suppliers. Your card will not be charged for these items. The items backordered will be removed from the order during processing and removed from your total. Items that are backordered are items not available to us within the alloted shipping time or items that have been discontinued. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ship thousands of items in and out everyday and they may not be removed from the site immediately, so they may still show available on the website.
RETURNS: Adult sex toys are NON-RETURNABLE DUE TO HEALTH REGULATIONS, unless they have a manufacturer defect and must be taken up with their respective manufacturer! We will of course help you with this process. Contact us on how to resolve this issue.
Due to the health regulations and for hygienic and safety reasons we will not under any circumstances accept or exchange opened Body Jewelry. All exchange merchandise must be in its ORIGINAL SEALED packaging. If inventory permits, items will be exchanged for the same product, or one of equal value, if item has a manufacturing defect we did not detect.
Please Note: Items that have been worn, or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Kublnicks.com is not responsible for replacement of body jewelry & fashion accessories damaged by misuse, or improper care. Damaged Acrylic balls and Gemstones from alcohol cleaning will not be replaced. Please also make sure not to over tighten your jewelry as this will strip the threads.
Under no circumstances will BODY JEWELRY returns be accepted if it is not in its ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGING.
All other sales returns or requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your package. A store credit will be granted only if the goods are returned in the original condition as shipped.
All claims for damage or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt. You should maintain the original packing materials and all products until your claim is resolved. In all cases the delivery carrier will require to see these materials to process a claim for damage.
DIRECTIONS FOR RETURNS: Please Email as to receive a return authorization number (the number that will be forwarded to the accounting department to process your refund.) After you receive your RA number, pack the items you are returning into a shipping box with plenty of packing material. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery send the package to us insured USPS Mail. Write the return authorization number on the address label. Sorry, shipping charges back to our warehouse are the buyers responsibility and are not included in the refunds or exchanges. We will pay for shipping back out to you.
A 10% Restocking fee will apply for items that are not damaged and can be resold.
